Our story began in 2020 as a family business, when during the Covid 19 Pandemic we started delivering freshly cooked food to customers working from home. After the restrictions were lifted, we extended our services to office catering, private parties and food production.

The executive chef who is also the founder of Gourmandia has over 20 years of experience in international restaurants. His experience on cruise lines in Florida, in fine dining restaurants in Chicago, London and First and Business Class Lounge kitchens at Zürich Airport, has shaped his own style of cooking.
